What
is CoachLink?
CoachLink®, is a professional coach
referral network. CoachLink is committed to increasing the standards,
visibility, and credibility of the coaching industry by educating
consumers on the benefits and rewards of working with a professional
coach.
Coaches admitted into the CoachLink network, must
meet specific education, certiication, and professional work experience.
Only professional coaches with the highest qualifications and credentials
are invited to join the CoachLink network.
CoachLink utilizes a third-party
credential verification company and our own staff to screen each
candidate and to ensure they meet our qualification criteria. We
personally interview each candidate coach to evaluate their communications
and interpersonal skills. In addition, we conduct telephone interviews
with previous coaching clients and other references.

How
does the CoachLink Affiliate Program work?
It's very simple. You start by filling out our CoachLink
Affiliate Program application. Then you just copy and paste
HTML code onto your website in order to display links to CoachLink.
These links contain a unique identifying code that will credit you
for every user who submits a coach request or hires one of our coaches.
You also get paid if you refer a qualified professional coach who
signs up for our Trust Seal
Program. We utilize a third-party affiliate software application
to track each registered CoachLink client and/or coach who comes
from your site. We will then calculate your commission and provide
you with real-time reporting and monthly commission checks.

should I sign up?
Most websites qualify. There are a number of benefits to joining
the CoachLink Affiliate Program:
Enhance
Your Content and Build Loyalty. Give your users something new that
they'll keep coming back for by providing them with a convenient
and private way to get professional coaching dvice over the telephone
or in person.
Get
More Revenue From Your Site. Joining our program is free, and you'll
earn $35 for every new CoachLink client you refer who hires one
of our coaches. You make $1.50 every time a potential client completes
and submits a coach request form.
Connect
Your Users to Any Section. Connecting to the category or topic most
relevant to your users, or featuring your own professional coach
listings, will help you make a personal connection with your website's
users.
Reliable
Third-Party Tracking. CoachLink has partnered with 1ShoppingCart.com
to provide you with trusted third-party tracking, customized reporting
and monthly commission checks with a $25 minimum payout.
Support
and Sales Tips. After you sign-up as an affiliate you will receive
an e-mail based course on how to become a highly successful CoachLink
affiliate. In addition, we will provide you with great profit-enhancing
tips like new site features, special promotions and other events
through our quarterly affiliate newsletter.

Is
my site eligible to be part of the CoachLink Affiliate Program?
Most websites qualify to participate in the program. Please refer
to our Affiliate Agreement for full details. We do, however, reserve
the right to refuse membership to a site or revoke a site's membership
at any time.

What
if I operate more than one site?
Sign them all up! You can have multiple sites under one affiliate
account and create separate links for each of them. You can even
generate separate reports for each site. You'll receive a single
monthly check combining the commissions earned on all your sites.

Can
I join the CoachLink Affiliate Program if I operate my website outside
the United States?
Yes, but note that you will be paid in U.S Dollars.

Can
I join the CoachLink Affiliate Program if my site isn't live yet?
No. Your website must be live so we can review it when we get your
application.

Are
there any hidden costs?
No. You pay absolutely nothing to join the CoachLink Affiliate Program.

Tracking and Payment
How
much does CoachLink pay me in referral fees?
We pay you a $35 referral fee for each new client who hires one
of our coaches. We also pay you $35 if a coach registers for our
Trust Seal Program. A qualified client musr be over 18 years old
and has made a coach request through the CoachLink Site.

How
does CoachLink know how much traffic is coming from my site?
Your links will contain a unique tag that represents your site.
When a visitor uses one of your links to browse CoachLink, the tag
is stored and, when that visitor makes a coach request or hires
a CoachLink coach, your affiliate ID information is sent to the
referral payment database.

How
do I check how many members have registered from my site?
Go right to the Affiliates
Login link within the CoachLink site to check out the records
of everyone who has come through your link and submitted a Coach
or Trust Seal Program request, and to see how much you've earned.
You can track this information for a time period of your choosing
so you can monitor, evaluate and improve your CoachLink placements.
You can also view the number of registered clients that have made
a coach request and hired a CoachLink coach. Potential clients have
an unlimited amount of time to hire a CoachLink coach.

When
do I start earning commissions?
As soon as your links are up and the first user links to CoachLink
from your site and submits a coach request.

I use my own link to register myself for CoachLink?
Yes. We encourage you to use your links to register yourself on
CoachLink.

Will
I get paid for click-throughs to CoachLink?
No. We only pay referral fees to Affiliates.

Questions About Linking
How
do I link to CoachLink?
Once you sign up for the CoachLink Affiliate Program, you'll be
given special URLs that allow you to link to different areas of
our site, including the homepage, or specific categories and topics.
You can even make money by placing a CoachLink search box or pull-down
menu on your own site.

How
many links can I have to CoachLink?
You can have as many links to CoachLink as you want. There are several
pages to choose from. The only requirement is that you set up the
links using the URLs we give you when you sign up.

When
are my links "activated"?
You will be part of the CoachLink Affiliate Program the moment you
finish registering and agreeing to our Affiliate Agreement. For
as long as you are an affiliate, whenever someone registers with
CoachLink after linking from your site and submits a coach request,
submits a Trust Seal Program request or hires a CoachLink coach,
you'll earn a reward.
